weak air conditioning limited buffet
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. IT struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The breakfast buffet was quite limited. The selections seemed sparse, and the quality wasn't particularly noteworthy. The fruit was overripe. The pastries tasted stale.

free shuttle packed breakfast effective air conditioning
The airport shuttle was FREE, and very convenient. The staff packed a breakfast for my early departure. The room had air conditioning THAT worked effectively.
The shower had somewhat low water pressure.

poor variety thin walls
the breakfast was a joke. they claimed to have a buffet, but the variety was non-existent, and the quality tasted cheap. the room i got wasn't soundproof at all. i could clearly hear every conversation and even snoring from the adjacent rooms, and it was difficult to get any sleep (super annoying!).

ineffective air conditioning few power outlets
the staff were polite and approachable, which i found helpful.
the room i had was quite disappointing. the air conditioning was not effective at all and barely cooled the room. also i discovered there were very few power outlets available. this was definitely a downside
